The Binoculars PENTAX AP WP have a larger field of view, 55 degrees and a magnification of 10x or 8x depending on the version. The installed anti-reflective lenses allow to achieve a clear image and combined with a BAK4 prism a sharp image of professional quality is obtained. Resistant to shocks, scratches, moisture and internal condensation.

Penta's A-Series AP WP binoculars deliver clear, bright images without being too large or cumbersome due to their fully multilayer 30mm anti-reflective lenses that maximize light transmission to produce the brightest views possible. The use of traditional joint prisms produces scenes with a rich depth of view over similarly sized ceiling prisms with the added benefit of a larger surface area to give them a comfortable feel in the hand.
To reduce weight, the housing is made of corrosion- and impact-resistant glass fiber-reinforced polycarbonate polymer. The material is also temperature resistant, allowing it to be used in extreme climates while reducing the expansion and contraction that can cause large temperature changes that can cause optical components to come out of collimation over time. Its optical tubes are filled with nitrogen and sealed with O-rings, so they can be submersible up to 3.3', as well as fog-proof in all weather conditions.
