The Phase One automatic extension rings are compatible with all lenses Phase One, Schneider Kreuznach and Mamiya. The set of electronic contacts ensures the functionality of automatic opening in the lenses that feature this. When fixed through an automatic extension ring, all lenses function as manual focus and are limited to the use of manual focus and the use of the focal plane shutter. There is virtually no degradation of light intensity when using the extension rings, and there is no optical scattering as no glass elements are added with the self-extension rings.
