Striking a delicate balance between compact and full-size LEICA Trinovid HD binoculars, Trinovid HD enjoy performance and easy portability without sacrificing anything. Designed with the technology users expect from the brand, Trinovid features P40 phase correction prisms treated with its HighLux system to limit internal light diffraction and eliminate interference to improve clarity, sharpness and contrast. The lens lenses are fully coated with HDC LEICA coatings for maximum light transmission through the optical path to ensure accurate color fidelity and high-contrast views, especially in difficult lighting conditions. These technologies work together and complement each other to produce an immersive viewing experience with bright images that are clear and sharp in a field of view that approaches the wide-angle. To capture extremely close views of small birds, bugs, butterflies and insects, the Trinovid is equipped with an exceptionally short minimum focusing distance of 3.3'.

Built to withstand the rigors of the outdoors, the chassis is made of a lightweight, durable aluminum alloy wrapped in protective non-slip rubber armor. The optical tubes are filled with nitrogen and sealed with O-rings to make them waterproof and resistant to internal fogging when moving in extreme conditions or temperature changes. A wide range of interpupillary adjustment, a generous correction of ±4 diopters, a long eye relief of 17 mm and four-position dark circles with click stop ensure easy and comfortable use for most people.
