The Geovid 8x56 HD-B prismatic causes a revolution in telemetry. Unique to these telemetry binoculars is the supreme optical performance of its patented Perger Porro prism system, the optimized ergonomics of its bridge construction, as well as the additional integration of an extremely high-performance laser rangefinder with a multifunction ballistic computer. The Geovid HD-B 42 and B-56 HD have access to an internal database with ballistic curves for virtually all standard ammunition. In addition, users can upload their own specific parameters for hand-loaded or special ammunition from a microSD memory card.
The newly developed abc® (Advanced Ballistic Compensation) allows hunters to determine the target more easily, especially when shooting longer distances. The precise parameters needed for a particular reticle adjustment or click are available in a fraction of a second. And all this taking the specific ammunition, angle, temperature and barometric pressure into account.
