The 24mm T1.5 Samyang Xeen lens is built specifically for use as a cinema lens. It features an internal focusing design so that the lens does not change size while centering, this minimizes the appearance of breathing by changing the focus. Each lens in the set is multi-coated for good contrast, glare prevention, and are colored paired to a factory standard, allowing you to mount a set over time with minimal color change. This 24mm lens offers what is considered a wide viewing angle of full-frame cameras, and a tighter angle of view over smaller formats. The lens features dual side focus scales marked on the feet, with dual-side iris scales. The iris 11 blades provides a rounded opening for an outstanding natural look and bokeh. The lens is a manual focus and iris lens, and has no autofocus or auto iris capability. It incorporates focus gears from a cinema and iris that share the same position through the lenses in the Xeen assembly. The 114mm common front diameter allows for a quick lens changes when using a matte case and focusing accessories. The focus ring rotates 200° near infinity focus; this gives you a high degree of accuracy in focus adjustment.
