The lens features double-sided focus scales marked on feet, with double-sided iris scales. The 11-blade iris offers a rounded aperture for natural-looking reflections and "bokeh" (blurred reflections). The lens is a manual focus and an iris lens, and has no autofocus or auto-iris capability. It incorporates a cinematic-style approach and iris gears that share the same position between the lenses of the Xeen set. The common front diameter of 114mm allows for quick lens changes when using a matte case and focus accessories. The focus ring rotates 200° from the near-infinity focus; this gives you a high degree of accuracy when adjusting the focus. The lens mount can be fitted, and additional mounts (available separately) can be used with the lens.

This is a 20mm lens that has an image circle that covers a full-frame sensor. When mounted on a camera with a full-frame sensor, it provides you with a wide viewing angle.

The lens features a metal construction to withstand the rigors of daily production, and comes with a kickstand that can help release the lens port from your camera.

The right and left side focus and T-stop scales allow the focus extractor to work from either side of the lens, without having to flip the lens on the mount or facing upwards.

Each lens in the XEEN series shares the common focus and position of the iris gear ring, speeding up lens changes as there is no need to reposition accessories such as tracking focus units or iris motors.

The common front diameter of 114mm allows for quick changes in the lens, as there is no need to swap doughnuts or adapters to use the same matte case.

The non-rotating front allows you to use optional matte clip-on boxes.
