The Pro-D3 has been designed to be a tireless worker, equipped with high-quality components from start to finish. With an impressive flash power adjustment range of 11 f-stops, and an accuracy of 0.1 f-stop, the Pro-D3 ensures unmatched versatility to meet the power and durability needs of high-volume productions. The Pro-D3 introduces three distinct flash modes to ensure unmatched lifetime economics, as well as provide options for specific use cases. In the default ECO mode, flash parameters are optimized for color consistency and maximize equipment life. BOOST adds an extra boost of power, while FREEZE offers the shortest flash duration on the market for capturing splattering liquids or fast-action shots with full clarity. The Pro-D3 also features an energy-efficient LED modeling light. It shines brighter than a 400-watt halogen lamp with only 15% of the electricity consumption. In addition to saving energy costs, this keeps light shaping tools cool and extends their lifespan. Last but not least, the modeling light has a fixed color temperature balanced with daylight and a flash-like beam scattering, providing an authentic representation of the light in the final shot.
