the VANGUARD VEO BP-120T ball head features an Arca-type clamp and includes an Arca quick-release plate for connecting cameras up to 26.5 pounds. The quick-release plate can also be transformed into a smartphone holder. The center section of the board is raised to support most phones. Also, when this center section is lifted, it offers a shoe stand on the superior part, so you can place a microphone, light, or other accessory on top of your smartphone. In addition, a 1/4"-20 thread is provided on the side of the quick release plate to support even more accessories.

Also included is a telescopic turning handle that allows you to tilt and turn your head comfortably when you have it mounted on the camera mount of your choice. The head has a 3/8"-16 female thread at the bottom and comes with a 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 reducer, allowing you to mount it on virtually every camera mount, including monopods, sliders, and skates.
