The SONY 28-70mm f3.5-5.6 OSS Lens is a versatile, compact and lightweight wide-angle body portrait zoom lens designed specifically for E-mount full-frame cameras. It also supports APS-C size image sensors and will provide an equivalent focal length range in 35mm of 42-105mm. As far as the optical design is concerned, three aspherical elements and a very low element dispersion helps to reduce aberrations and distortions while contributing to image sharpness and noticeable clarity. This lens also integrates Optical SteadyShot image stabilization to reduce the camera's appearance of motion when working in low-light conditions or with longer focal lengths. In addition, a dusty and moisture-resistant construction ensures this lens is used "in difficult environmental conditions.

This mid-range Lens SONY 28-70mm f3.5-5.6 OSS zoom lens covers wide-angle to portrait perspectives length and is compatible for use in both full-screen and APS-C image sensors size; when used in a size APS-C sensor, the equivalent focal length in 35mm will be 42-105mm.
