Gimbals have changed the way many creators work. In the past, large, heavy equipment was needed to create dynamic recordings with smooth movements; today, users of any level can create images with smooth movements with a single product. The only limitation is how far we can go with our arms... Until now.

The GimBoom MANFROTTO has been designed with one goal in mind – to allow gimbal users to extend the scope of their recordings without adding heavy or complicated equipment. With a length of only 51cm closed, and with a construction in light carbon fiber, it is able to withstand up to 6.5kg in the maximum extension. Thanks to its fully extended 1.15m, GimBoom users will be able to extend their creative horizons up to a ground height of up to 3.5m while maintaining stabilization, so they can take their recordings to another level. In addition, thanks to its standard 3/8" and 1/4" threaded superior connector, the Gimboom allows for seamless assembly with most Gimbals available on the market.

The GimBoom has been designed to allow users to maneuver their gimbals in ways that would need drones or complicated dollys-based systems to achieve the same effect. Thanks to the incorporation of the advanced Fast Twisting Lock technology, the Gimboom is able to extend very quickly with a simple turning movement, which locks or adjusts it in various positions, so that users can easily capture a wider range of recordings, including 'aerial' or ground-level views, hitherto impossible for these equipment.

The GimBoom allows creators, thanks to its extra reach, to choose from a wide variety of angles when composing their shots. And with a weight of only 800g, with a closed length of 51cm, the GimBoom is also exceptionally compact and lightweight, being easy to carry with us on a trip. Made of carbon fiber tubes and aluminum components for the best performance, this lightweight accessory provides impressive stability when working even with high-load Gimbals supported by large professional camera-based equipment.

If the operator needs a break, the GimBoom incorporates a rubber stop at one end, which allows it to be supported on the ground in a comfortable and simple way, avoiding any possible damage. It also integrates three thread connectors arranged in 120°, which provide the possibility of being able to attach special GimBoom accessories, so that users can create a truly professional rig.
