You can unfold the tripod up to a maximum height of 134 cm. The minimum height is 10 cm and the load capacity is 40 kg. This makes it ideal for professional photographers who use long lenses and heavy cameras. The Series 5 line is divided according to the number of sections and their length. You can choose as you wish between Standard (S), Long (L) and Extra Long (XL).

The patented eXact 6X carbon fiber tube offers maximum rigidity while maintaining weight at an absolute minimum. Given the incredible load capacity of 40 kg and the own weight of only 2.6 kg can be described as ideal. With its folded length of only 62 cm it is practical and easy to reach.

Maximum rigidity is ensured with G-Lock Gitzos Rotation Locks. These ensure stable and robust connections between the different sections. In addition, the penetration of dirt and moisture is avoided.

The legs of the tripod are equipped with rotating rubber feet. These form a stable and versatile base for setting up the tripod on most surfaces. If desired, it is possible to replace the feet with metal spikes to have more stability in sand, dirt, mud, snow and / or ice.
