At the longer end of the zoom, the lens offers a standard focal length of 40mm, practical for all types of shots, portraits, food photography and still life. On the other hand, it offers with its 20mm an ultra-wide focal length so that you can enjoy a wide range of photographs including landscapes that take advantage of all the amplitude of perspective that can not offer the usual bright standard zoom that starts with about 24mm.
