The TOKINA 11-18mm F2.8 E lens is the first TOKINA zoom super wide-angle lens designed exclusively for mirrorless cameras. Compact and lightweight. The TOKINA 11-18mm F2.8 E lens features a lightweight (335g) and compact (overall length 74.1mm) design to match SONY's E-mount mirrorless cameras. Even though this is a super wide-angle lens, it's so small that it doesn't feel bulky.

Optical Design

The atx-m 11-18mm F2.8 TOKINA incorporates a complex optical design with a well-balanced arrangement of 2 aspherical and 2 super low dispersion (SD) glass elements to suppress chromatic aberrations and deliver rich color reproduction and low distortion.

Fast aperture of f/2.8. The TOKINA 11-18mm F2.8 lens features a fast f/2.8 aperture throughout the zoom range for a shallower depth of field and 9 blades that provide a rounded diaphragm for soft-edged bokeh in the backlights.

Complete communication with the camera body. The TOKINA 11-18mm F2.8 lens provides full compatibility with the advanced features of SONY E-mount cameras, including fast hybrid AF, image stabilization, direct manual focus, assist mode

MF, Eye AF and different optical corrections such as shading, chromatic aberration and distortion.
