GITZO Traveler Kit GT1545T + GH1382TQD

The GK1545T-82TQD is a tripod/ball joint kit from the Traveler range composed of the GT1545T 4-section tripod and the GH1382TQD center ball joint.
The Traveler tripod family of GITZO have a system of with folding of legs in 180°, which makes the space more efficient by accommodating the central column and the kneecap between the folded legs of the tripod. The Traveler are now more robust thanks to the use of advanced "Carbon eXact" tube technology, save even more space with the compact locking system 'Traveler G-lock', and easier to carry with the supplied shoulder strap.
The GT1545T tripod represents the perfect balance between lightness for easy transport, and the height and rigidity needed to take the best pictures. It is much taller than its predecessor, thanks to the space-saving Traveler G-lock system. Recommended for use with a lens with a focal length of up to 200mm.
The GH1382TQD ball joint has been designed and manufactured with the utmost emphasis on achieving a great smoothness of operation and a high precision of movements and locking, while maintaining a very thin profile to be able to lodge between the legs of the tripod once folded. Incorporates independent panning lock. Nothing has been given up when it comes to the smoothness of the ball (with WS2 coating) or the robustness of the external and internal components.
The ball joint can be easily removed to mount other ball joint models on the superior disc of the tripod, but it is recommended to use the GH1382TQD ball joint to achieve a perfect fit between the ball joint and the folded legs.
