This 190 kit consists of a compact 190XPRO3 3-section aluminum tripod and a versatile ball joint. Both the tripod and the ball joint possess advanced features and excellent build quality.

The key feature of this kit is its 90° central column mechanism, which allows it to be extended vertically as normal, or horizontally. This function makes this tripod an extremely versatile tool, suitable for a wide variety of photography applications. The mechanism to place the column horizontally is housed inside the structure superior of the tripod to achieve a more compact size, and extends quickly and easily when necessary. Changing from vertical to horizontal column does not require disassembling any parts, and can be done even with the camera mounted.

The legs of the tripod also extend very quickly, thanks to the Quick Power Lock section locking lever system. The special design of the QPL levers allows a more comfortable and safe locking/unlocking action of the leg sections, even with one hand and in a single movement. The QPL system design also offers a stronger lock on each section, which means that the tripod is more stable and rigid than traditional designs. The leg angle selectors are intuitive and ergonomic, so that each leg can be adjusted independently and solidly at any of the predefined angles, allowing considerable freedom of positioning.

A bubble level is also incorporated in the superior part of the central column for a more precise framing. This level rotates absolutely freely around the central column, so that it can be positioned in the simplest way to observe it while adjusting the tripod, without being covered by the head or the camera.

The superior structure of the tripod has an Easy Link connector to easily add photo or video accessories (such as an LED light, a flash, a reflector, or any other equipment) mounted on an extension arm or a bracket, thus turning the tripod into a practical mobile studio.

The new XPRO Ball Head ball joint is the perfect combination of innovative technical solutions and the smartest design. It incorporates a triple locking system that ensures great stability of the camera position, friction control helps the user balance the weight of the camera and two bubble levels for accurate framing composition. In addition, its new polymer rings have replaced the unpleasant grease, ensuring a smooth, precise and jump-free chamber movement. The XPRO Ball Head ball joint is portable, lightweight and reliable thanks to its magnesium body and comes with the MANFROTTO 200PL quick shoe.
