The VEO 3+ 263CB160S is an innovative all-in-one carbon fiber tripod with a dual-axis ball head. It includes the innovative Multi-Angle Center Column (MACC) perfect for any style of photography. The horizontal position and the included adapter allow a second ball joint and other accessories to be attached.

INNOVATION AND EXPERIENCE

The Veo 3+ is the result of more than 30 years of experience making tripods combined with the introduction of a new manufacturing technology. The key parts of the Veo 3+ Tripod Series are made by industry-leading machines with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) processes that result in extremely precise parts, at a level unthinkable to date. TRIPOD OR MONOPOD?

In addition to a tripod, it is a monopod for every occasion:

Complete Monopod: if the situation requires a monopod, with the Veo 3+ you will only have to remove a leg and join it with the center column, in seconds you have a monopod of up to 180cm.

Compact Monopod: instead of using the central column, screw the ball joint directly on the leg, and you will have a monopod with which to enter anywhere and that hardly takes up space in your backpack.

Carbon Fiber

The leg sections are made of a lightweight, multi-layered carbon fibre alloy, which is both highly impact-resistant and torsion-resistant. This means that the Veo 3+ carbon tripod, even having a maximum height of more than 170cm and with an off-center column, remains at a weight slightly superior at 2kg.

Multi-Nagular Opening

New leg opening system at three different angles, to adapt to any type of terrain, no matter how uneven.

The button system allows you to operate it quickly, even with gloves and know what position it is in at all times. (23°, 50° and 80°).

The opening hardness of the legs is adjustable on each leg independently in seconds; The key is included in the kit. This prevents the legs from falling towards the center over the years.

Closures

The clasps of each coated screw section are very easy to operate and fast. You can even turn all three of them on one leg with one hand.

The different sections of each leg can be disassembled for cleaning after the most demanding sessions.

Sand, seawater or dust are no longer a problem, unscrew each section without tools, clean it and replace it.

Canopy

Numbered panoramic rotation at the base, for better control of your panoramic or landscape photographs.

Bubble levels in the canopy and ball joint for correct camera positioning with each shot.

Ergonomic adjustment wheels, with fine rotation and lock indication, so that changing height or turning is a matter of seconds.

Metal ring included to hang a carabiner, designed to hang the bag, backpack, etc. during the session without having to leave it on the floor.

The opening system at any angle of the column is adjustable, to avoid vibrations over the years or intense use.

Grip

Two legs with thick and resistant rubber grip, for a good grip in any type of weather and temperature.

Metal tips are also included for greater stability on the most slippery terrain, such as wet rock.

Ball joint with double shaft

With the launch of the Veo 3T+, VANGUARD introduces two innovative ball heads compatible with the Dual Axis Ball Arca system. The VEO BH-160S ball joint, an innovative dual-axis ball joint that supports a maximum load of up to 15kg and includes an additional swivel function on the quick-release plate mount as well as on the base of the ball joint, allowing for more precise positioning.

Arca Swiss Shoe

Ball joint compatible with Arca Swiss, L-brackets and other Arca type accessories. Shoe with wide base and rubber bands to improve attachment with the camera. 

Double security

Safety pin system on the hot shoe, to prevent the camera from falling due to unintentional action on the adjustment knob

Spirit level

Spirit level in the superior part, near the central axis. Together with the canopy spirit level, you can adjust your framing and panoramas precisely.
