The VANGUARD VEO 3 263CPS tripod is an ultra-stable, durable, easy to use and reliable carbon tripod. It has by far maximized the weight to load capacity ratio over most tripods on the market. One leg converts into a monopod in 3 easy steps, allowing you to quickly pick up and set up the stand for fast action shots. The quiet, easy-to-clean locks, and thanks to three adjustable angles, offer numerous options for height and uneven terrain. They include a low angle adapter, perfect for macro photography, or you can also use the reversible center column. In addition, on the canopy of the VEO 3 263CPS you will find two 3/8" threads with enhanced stabilization design to attach a support arm or other accessories.

The VEO 3 263CPS is a carbon fiber tripod, but in the VEO 3 series you can choose between carbon fiber or aluminum models with a dual-axis ball head or three-way panning ball head.

VEO PH-38S three-way ball head

The VEO 3 CPS and CPS models feature the innovative VEO PH-38S panning head, an improved CNC-manufactured version that brings greater precision to the finishes, ensuring maximum stability and fixation. You will notice the difference!

The VEO PH-38S 2-way and 3-way pan head allows multiple angle options for video and/or observation. Thanks to the interplay between its two handles, you get independent vertical and horizontal movements and you can lock the position with an easy twist-lock system. When placed in parallel, you get the ideal position for video panning, fixing a telephoto lens or a spotting scope. The VEO PH-38S ball head has a load capacity of up to 10kg.

The handle grip superior, moreover, rotates in 90° segments, which not only allows adjusting the position on unstable ground, but also provides an opportunity to place the handles in a comfortable position for left-handed photographers.

To improve framing accuracy, the VEO PH-38S head features an extra spirit level (in addition to the one included with the tripod canopy) and also a numbered base that will come in handy when making panoramas.

The VEO PH-38S head comes with the Arca-compatible QS-74 quick-release hot shoe and a built-in safety pin.
