The VEO 3 263AO is a 3-section aluminum tripod that includes the PH-28 2-way pan head designed specifically for telescopes, binoculars and sports optics. The VEO 3 series includes a special outdoor range designed to provide a solid base for optics, especially for spotting scopes, and to optimize the wildlife observation experience in the field. This range combines the solid legs of the VEO 3 tripod with the Veo PH-28 2-way pan head, which allows all locking control and one-handed release.

IMPROVED VEO 3 LEGS

Thanks to advanced CNC-engineered manufacturing that delivers the highest precision and quality, the VEO 3 263AO improves leg strength and durability over previous models. This technology allows for fine-tuned finishes and also includes silent leg adjustments, which is very important for observers and telescope users.

The VEO 3 263AO aluminum tripod has 26mm diameter legs, one of the legs converts into a monopod in three easy steps. The legs have 3 sections with easily removable twist locks, allowing for convenient cleaning of the tripod legs. For those nature lovers who use their tripods in more difficult conditions, such as at sea, or in wet or dusty and sandy areas, the ability to clean the leg sections allows to maximize the life of the tripod through proper maintenance.

Two additional 3/8" threads with improved stabilization design on the canopy allow multiple additional accessories to be mounted, such as support arms to add a camera or cell phone, for example, and thus take advantage of those days in nature to capture those moments as well.

The VEO 3 263AO tripod includes a low angle adapter and allows up to 3 angles of aperture on its legs, ideal for those who wish to adjust the tripod position and even try macro/low angle photography, or simply, you can use the inverted center column.

The Veo PH-28 head from VANGUARD is the most robust, Arca Swiss compatible 2-way pan head and features a unique telescopic handle designed for one-handed locking and unlocking. This makes it easy to track moving objects, leaving the other hand free to adjust focus or shoot. It's a fast, lightweight swivel, perfect for tracking birds in flight or wildlife in motion with a spotting scope or large target with agility.

With a maximum load capacity of up to 8 kg and an Arca-compatible baseplate that includes a safety pin, this ball head allows you to work with large spotting scopes, binoculars and targets with ease.
