11mm IRIX Cine Lens

Designed to capture cinema-style images up to 8K and cover full-frame size sensors, the LEICA T11mm L-mount IRIX cinema lens incorporates multiple internal and external design features. This 11mm lens will produce a classic wide-angle look or up to 123° angle of view in the 2.39:1 widescreen format, depending on your camera's sensor. External features include a 95mm front diameter, 0.8 MOD gears, luminous focus marks on the feet, and a detachable 1/4"-20 stand foot.

Internally, nine blades produce smooth, rounded bokeh for natural-looking, out-of-focus highlights. To help eliminate aberrations and distortions, the T4.3 11mm IRIX cinema lens is constructed with 16 optical elements in 10 groups, including four HRI (High Refractive Index) elements and two ED (Ex-Low Dispersion) elements. A Multi-Start Thread focusing mechanism delivers quiet and accurate focusing even in wet conditions or extreme temperatures. This lens has 180° focus and 75° iris rotation, an 86mm front filter thread and includes a lens hood in addition to the front and rear caps. Four seals protect against weather and dust.

The IRIX Cine 11mm is a 43.3mm full-frame wide-angle lens that uses 16 optical elements, including four High Refractive Index (HRI) elements and two extra-low dispersion (ED) glass elements, to create crisp cinematic shots at resolutions up to 8K while keeping concentration on breathing to a minimum. This lens features a relatively fast T4.3 maximum aperture and can be stopped up to T22.
