The main features of the VIP Contract are:
- Collection and delivery at home free by telephone request or through our Website.
- Cleaning of CCD or optics that are necessary.
- Firmware updates free of charge.
- Optical and electrical adjustments of the equipment free of charge.
- Professional telephone or personal technical support.
- All necessary repairs at no charge of labor and parts.
- Repair in 5 business days or loan of a team in case of delay.
- On-LINE service tracking on our website.

These items have no shipping costs.
