(1) A beautiful and sophisticated design housed in the lightest and smallest camera body of the X Series

・ At 364 g (.80 lb) and measuring 121.3 mm x 72.9 mm x 32.7 mm (4.77 in. X 2.87 in. X 1.28 in.), the X-E4 is the most compact interchangeable-lens camera in the fourth-generation X-series. To maintain its slim and sleek design, a tilt-back LCD screen has also been carefully designed to ensure that the body remains as slim and portable as possible.

・ X-E4 oversamples 6k images to record 4K/30P 4:2:0 8-bit video on internal media, or 4K/30P 4:2:2 10-bit video via its HDMI port.

Its optical design incorporates two extra-low dispersion elements and an aspherical element, which help reduce a variety of aberrations for greater clarity and sharpness. A Super EBC coating also helps suppress flare and ghosting for greater contrast and color accuracy when working in bright light and backlit conditions. Complementing the optics, an optical image stabilization system minimizes the appearance of camera shake by 4.5 stops for sharper photos in the hand. In addition, a linear AF motor provides fast and quiet focusing performance to benefit both still images and video use.
