GUTEK is an exciting new sub-brand of Nanguang, the manufacturing powerhouse behind NANLITE and NANLUX LED lights. The new GUTEK Tortoise protective case series, announced today, is designed for filmmakers, gaffers, creators and explorers and offers extreme protection combined with maximum storage efficiency and minimum weight. The range initially comprises three models: the portable-sized T-300 protective case, the spacious T-230 protective case and the T-MCC-1 memory card case with translucent case .

Each GUTEK box is designed using the latest injection molding manufacturing techniques to make it strong, durable, and lightweight. Inspired by the natural strength of the turtle shell, the designers designed each GUTEK box to provide robust and reliable protection in any situation. The smart design allows users to store their equipment with maximum efficiency, so the portability of the T-230 and T-300 cases does not compromise their interior volume.

Design and style of the T-230 and T-300 

All GUTEK suitcases are made of high-quality modified polypropylene material and are available in two colors: classic black or monotone olive green. They also feature a waterproof bleed valve that automatically regulates the air pressure inside the housing. 

Two "Press-Pull" latches ensure reliable closing and prevent accidental opening. There are stainless steel locking holes for padlocks if additional security is required. An optional GUTEK motion-sensing LED light can be placed on the inside of the lid to automatically illuminate the case when opened, perfect for use in low-light environments . 

Organize yourself perfectly 

The T-230 and T-300 come complete with padded dividers. Users can arrange them however they want, customizing each partition as they wish. The cases come with foam on the lid and bottom to cushion the equipment, which improves overall protection. They also feature a stackable design, allowing multiple boxes of the same type to be stably stacked for easy storage and transport. A nameplate is provided so users can put their contact information in for easy identification if needed.

T-MCC-1 Memory Card Case

Filmmakers and photographers know the importance of keeping their precious memory cards safe. The T-MCC-1 memory card case from GUTEK is the perfect solution for securing and organizing multiple cards in a single rugged case. The interior features a nested card slot design, capable of simultaneously accommodating up to 32 memory cards, including: 12 TF (Micro SD) cards, 8 CFexpress Type-A cards , 8 SD cards, 4 CF/CFast cards or CFexpress Type-B/XQD cards. Keeping track of your memory cards will be much easier thanks to the T-MCC-1's innovative translucent material construction . Users can instantly see which cards are inside the case for peace of mind. The case uses silicone card slots internally to secure and protect memory cards safely and effectively. Another ergonomic design element of the T-MCC-1 GUTEK is that it can be fully opened at a 180° angle. Unlike some rival cases, the T-MCC-1 gives full access to the cards and allows them to be viewed with the flat slots to prevent them from accidentally falling out. 

The palm-sized T-MCC-1 GUTEK fits comfortably in your jacket, camera bag, or gear bag. It weighs just 110.8g when empty and measures 114×79.3×27.4mm/4.49×3.12×1.08", making it extremely portable.
