Travel light with the 2.2 lb. Leofoto PG-1 black Gimbal head, made from T6061 aluminum. Coupled with its lightweight tripod, this allows you to travel longer distances with its setup comfortably. The gimbal head allows you to capture fast-moving subjects with a large, heavy telephoto lens that you might not otherwise be able to do just by handholding the lens.

The head arm swings back and forth and can be locked at the required angle, and the camera rig, which is Arc-type compatible, has a 3.9" height adjustment capability to help balance a telephoto lens on the head. Future configurations may be repeated due to the scale printed on the side of the swing arm. In addition, on the side of the arm there are 1/4"-20 bushings for accessories such as an articulating arm. The 9.7" tall head can easily hold up to 55.1 lbs. of gear and rotate 360° while keeping the horizon straight using the spirit level at the base of the head.
