This 3/8-inch black threaded mount (QDM-2) can be used in combination with a Leofoto quick-release strap. The QDM-2 has a 1/4-inch thread for attaching to the hole in the accessory screw of a tripod. You can use an Allen wrench to tighten it a little tighter so that it stays firmly in place. After that, simply click on the quick release mechanism (QD-1) of the strap on the QDM-2 mount. The QDM-2 mount is a quick-release mechanism.
