On the top, the MP-364C monopod from Leofoto has extra support in foam rubber for better support in all types of conditions. Improves grip even with gloves in temperatures below zero degrees Celsius. It allows you to work with heavy lenses 300mm f/2.8, 400mm f/2.8, 500 f/4 and similar offering great mobility. A nylon handle allows the monopod to be carried comfortably in the hand or hung on the wrist. In addition, it includes a carrying bag with shoulder strap.

The lower part of the monopod has a non-slip rubber stop that can be removed to use the metal skewer, very useful on sandy, muddy and other similar soft terrain. The internal parts between the sections are easy to clean and access for maintenance. The closure of the sections is by thread locking/opening.
