A leap forward in professional-quality aerial imaging, DJI 's Mavic 3 is their flagship drone that offers a dual-camera setup on a 3-axis gimbal. There's the legendary camera Hasselblad 's legendary camera with 4/3" CMOS and a 12MP telephoto lens with 1/2" CMOS, 4K video, and 28x hybrid zoom . You can use the telephoto lens in scan mode to scout locations, but its main function is to be used in conjunction with the wide-angle Hasselblad, transitioning between the two for truly dynamic cinematic results.

The wide-angle video quality Hasselblad on the Mavic 3 offers up to 5.1K resolution and DCI 4K at 120fps. 12.8 stops of dynamic range and an adjustable aperture from f/2.8 to f/11 open up the drone's ability to handle almost any lighting condition and deliver low-light, low-noise images. Add vision sensor-based VDAF focus and an 84° FOV, and you can capture panning atmospheric shots or track and focus on subjects with ease. Rounding out the powerful imaging capabilities of Mavic 3, the 10-bit D-Log color profile and Hasselblad 's NCS (Natural Color Solution) are employed for natural, accurate color reproduction.

To support these exceptional imaging capabilities and the pilots who will capture them, DJI equipped the Mavic 3 with technologies to make the most of every shot. Multiple functions allow you to create flight paths, automatically track subjects, and perform complex aerial maneuvers with a touch. While doing all this, an omnidirectional obstacle detection system and APAS 5.0 work to ensure collision-free flight. Add in up to 46 minutes of flight time, a transmission range of up to 9.3 miles, and a foldable design, and you've got a powerful rig that's ideal for everything from tech-obsessed amateur photographers to professional production houses.

Natural color solution from Hasselblad

The result of many decades of Hasselblad experience, the HNCS starts from the pixel level of the sensor. Each pixel is calibrated with RGB color data that is passed through an image processing algorithm and a color processing mode during filming. The result is content that contains accurate and natural color reproduction, all without the need for color presets.

Advanced RTH

A big day in the air filming his latest passion project is only completed when the Mavic 3 returns safely. DJI 's Advanced RTH (Return to Home) feature is designed to ensure that happens on every flight. You can activate the return to your starting point or if there is a loss of signal. On its way back, the Mavic 3 plots the optimal route home, avoiding obstacles along the way.

Live View

When piloting with the included RC-N1 remote and your compatible smartphone, the Mavic 3 can live stream the camera's view with up to 1080p60 resolution. Not only does this allow you to test images with Full HD quality, but it also helps to control the drone better.
