OM-1 Mark II Features
The first flagship to bear the OM SYSTEM name, the OM-1 Mark II is a revamped second version of the proven Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera. Its 20 MP stacked BSI Live MOS sensor and TruePic X processor deliver high-quality shots, fast autofocus and excellent low-light performance with a native ISO range of 200 to 102,400. Ready to give you a closer view of your subject thanks to the crop factor of the Micro Four Thirds system, the OM-1 Mark II excels in wildlife and nature photography. When shooting handheld, the sharpness of your images is greatly enhanced by the built-in 5-axis image stabilization. Overall, the OM-1 Mark II provides users with mobility, precision and a reliable camera for capturing images and videos.
Notable improvements to the OM-1 Mark II include human-enhanced AI subject detection, live graduated neutral density filters, updated menu settings, 14-bit raw output and rubberized dials.
Cross Quad Pixel AF
The OM-1 Mark II's comprehensive Cross Quad Pixel autofocus system makes 1053 individual focus points available, allowing the camera to capture focus almost anywhere on the sensor. With this design, the camera automatically detects subjects such as birds, humans, animals, cars, planes and trains to keep them in focus and track their movements. This Cross Quad Pixel AF algorithm combined with the TruePic X processor promises reliable, high-speed focusing performance.
Notable Mark II upgrades include
Designed for the elements
With IP53 rating, the OM-1 Mark II offers weather protection superior and withstands some of the harshest conditions in the field. Its rugged construction makes the camera resistant to cold, dust and splashes, and it can operate in temperatures as low as 14°F.
Video Capabilities
DCI and UHD 4K video recording is supported at up to 60p and 10-bit 4:2:0 sampling. Full HD recording is possible at high-speed speeds of up to 240 fps for slow motion playback.
Vertical video is now available, opening up more compositing options when shooting and saving you time in post-production.
Live ND
This feature, which supports up to ND128, digitally simulates the effects of an optical neutral density filter so you can create slow shutter speed effects in your images. With Live ND, you can see the effects through the viewfinder and on the LCD monitor.
Useful features

Versatile yet simple, the black lense M.Zuiko Digital 25mm f/1.8 II from om system is an IPX1-rated 50mm equivalent fixed lense for Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras. Its normal field of view is complemented by a fast f/1.8 maximum aperture to control depth of field and produce selective focusing effects, and also benefits work in difficult lighting conditions. Two ZERO-coated aspherical elements are used in the optical design to help reduce spherical aberrations in order to achieve a high degree of sharpness, and these elements also help reduce the overall size and weight of the lense. In addition, a film and still-compatible autofocus system (MSC) is used to provide fast, quiet and accurate focusing performance to suit both video and still applications.
