Capture every detail across a wide zoom range with the M.Zuiko Digital ED 150-600mm f/5-6.3 IS lens from OM SYSTEM. Ideal for bird and wildlife photography, this super-telephoto lens provides a full-frame equivalent zoom range of 300 to 1200mm and reaches a maximum length of 2400mm when used with a teleconverter. Lens image stabilization and various control switches are built into the design to give you an edge when shooting handheld. Four Super ED elements and two ED elements are included in the intricate lens setup to help create sharper images with greatly reduced chromatic aberrations.
Convenience at your fingertips
On the outer cylinder of the lens are multiple switches to control lens operations and focus modes. This allows you to make quick adjustments without having to navigate through your camera's menus.
IS Image Stabilization Synchronization
To reduce camera shake and ensure sharper images when shooting handheld, Sync IS provides 7 stops of correction at the wide-angle end and 6 stops at the telephoto end. The lens on its own without Sync IS has 6 stops of correction at the wide-angle end and 5 stops at the telephoto end.
Lens construction
Among the 25 lens elements featured in the optical design of the M.Zuiko Digital ED 150-600mm f/5-6.3 IS lens are four Super ED elements and two ED elements that contribute to reducing color fringing and chromatic aberrations. At the same time, the inclusion of these lens elements ensures that images have optimized color accuracy and clarity.
Weatherproof and fluorine coated.
Splash- and dustproof with an IPX1 rating and fluorine-coated, the M.Zuiko Digital ED 150-600mm f/5-6.3 IS lens provides basic protection against harsh weather conditions.
