This 59ml bottle of PEC-12 Photo Emulsion Cleaner from Photographic Solutions helps to quickly and easily remove non-water-based stains from film and photo prints. It has a dropper tip for applying this non-water-based solution to a variety of surfaces. As this cleaning fluid is not water-based, it dries instantly, does not stain or leave residue and does not swell the emulsions of colour or black and white prints or films.
