PEC-12 Photo Emulsion Cleaner is a water-based film and print cleaner that removes virtually all non-water-based stains from slides, negatives, and color and black and white prints.

PEC-12 removes pencil grease, adhesive residue, finger oils, pens, fungus, smoke and soot damage, laser separation oil, and most permanent inks.

Containing no water, PEC-12 dries instantly without swelling the emulsion and leaves no residue.

This is a 1-quart can of cleaning solution.
