The Canon ME200S-SH multipurpose camera features a locking EF mount and captures videos up to 1920 x 1080p 60 (59.94p), while supporting NTSC and PAL transmission frame rates. The camera incorporates a Super 35mm size sensor with 12 stops of dynamic range and an ISO of up to 204,800. It supports EOS Standard, Wide DR, Canon Log and allows you to configure up to six custom image settings to protect details from highlights and shadows.
The camera body is small in size, perfect for shooting from a hard-to-reach space. It features a digital teleconverter that can be configured to provide a 2x, 4x or 8x zoom effect. With two HD/3G-SDI outputs and a single HDMI output, the camera incorporates a genlock-in to integrate this camera into a multi-camera jack, as well as a 2.5mm stereo mini-jack and an RS-422 port for control. You can power the camera with 12 V DC using the 2-pin Phoenix connector or the built-in 4-pin XLR connector.

The ME200S-SH uses an 8.29 MP Super 35mm CMOS sensor and can produce professional Full HD 1080p/1080i/720p results that can be recorded on an external recorder with up to 12 stops of dynamic range in Canon Log or Wide DR mode. Reduced motion blur supports recording speeds up to 50P/59.94P for slow-motion shooting.
Superb low-light performance
The ME200S-SH is perfect for a wide range of broadcast applications, including low-light recording and remote performance for situations where lighting is complex, thanks to a maximum equivalent ISO of 204,800. It also has the ability to record with color infrared, using a retractable infrared cut filter that can be activated at the push of a button.
Advanced autofocus and image controls
The ME200S-SH features Dual Pixel CMOS autofocus, which allows continuous AF with compatible EF lenses. This sensor-based phase detection technology is designed to deliver a continuous, smooth, high-performance approach. It's a unique technology developed by Canon that helps maximize the creative options offered by fast lenses and shallow depth of field. Electronically controlled ND filters also allow greater control over the image, while various custom image settings can be saved and recalled for later use.
Easy remote installation and configuration
The small, compact and lightweight ME200S-SH features extensive connection options for a monitor, output to an external recorder and remote control, including HDMI output, Genlock and two 3G/HD-SDI terminals. Remote control is available via two inputs, including a 2.5mm jack and an RS-422 terminal for the Canon RC-V100 remote control*

Equipped with an EF mount with Cinema Lock, the ME200S-SH supports a wide selection of compatible EF/EF-S lenses from across the Canon range, including zooms, prime lenses and select Canon servo lenses** (with a 12-pin interface) for greater control and creative shooting possibilities.

The ME200S-SH is easy to set up and use, and includes a wide range of automatic modes, such as shutter priority (Tv), aperture priority (Av) and auto gain control (AGC), *** as well as Auto White Balance and Photo-by-Picture AF.
