• The Extender EF 1.4x III is compatible with most telephoto and telephoto lenses with zoom of Canon's main professional L-series, extending the focal length, but only reducing the effective aperture of the lens by one point.

Focal length extension for super-telephoto lenses

The Extender EF 1.4x III is specially designed to work in conjunction with L-series IS super-telephoto lenses, extending its focal length by 1.4x. The design of the teleconverter ensures that there is no loss of lens performance or image quality.

High-quality construction

Improved inner lens barrel anti-reflective materials and lens outer edge coating reduces flare. The construction is dust and water resistant, which helps maintain the quality of the images.

Improved communication between lens and camera
