The Simera series from Thypoch, recognized for its full-frame lenses of 28mm, 35mm and 50mm f/1.4, welcomes the new Simera 75mm f/1.4, a medium telephoto option for M-mount users, as well as for E-MOUNT, Z, RF, L and X mounts through the use of adapters. The Simera 75mm f/1.4 is a classic and elegant focal length for rangefinder lenses, notable for being one of the few f/1.4 lenses with rangefinder coupling in the M-mount system.

The Simera 75mm f/1.4 combines the signature design of the Simera series with the precision engineering of the 16-blade iris and an optical construction of 8 elements in 9 groups, inspired by the Simera-C T1.5 Cine Primes. This design allows for perfectly rounded bokeh at any aperture, minimizing the effect of onion rings, ensuring that the viewer's attention remains on the subject.

The Simera 75mm f/1.4 features one aspherical element, two extra-low dispersion (ED) lenses and two high refractive index (HRI) lenses, ensuring exceptional sharpness throughout the frame, minimal chromatic aberration and accurate colour reproduction. In addition, it is an excellent choice for use with medium format cameras.

Thanks to its characteristic progressive blur effect and distinctive three-dimensional feel, this lens is ideal for capturing the emotive, blurred essence of the subject in flat photography.
