LENS DESIGN

With six elements in five groups, the Gaussian-like optical system provides incredible image performance and a natural-looking blurred background. It is possible to perform the focus up to 0.5 m. The lens is recommended for a range of subjects, from still-life photography to portraits and landscapes. The reverse tilting mechanism to manipulate the depth of field allows the photographer to obtain unique images, impossible to obtain with normal lenses.

MAXIMUM FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT

With ±8° tilting, ±11mm swivel and ±90° rotation, the TS-E 90m f/2.8 offers control over depth of field and perspective. The tilt and turn mechanism also features locks to prevent unwanted movements.

SUPER SPECTRA COATING

Super Spectra coatings ensure precise color balance and enhance contrast. They also reduce flare and shadows, a common problem caused by light bouncing off the camera's sensor.
