Una vez procesados los datos de las pruebas y la determinación de los parámetros de exposición, los datos resultantes se cargan desde el ordenador a través del cable USB incluido al fotómetro, donde se almacenan los perfiles de cámara. Hasta tres perfiles de cámaras pueden ser almacenados en el fotómetro. El L-758DR viene completo con PocketWizard ® exclusivo ControlTL ® que combina la medición de la luz y el poder de control del flash. Proporciona un control increíble en la mano.El DigitalMaster L-758DR  está a la cabeza de su clase y es  el único fotómetro  que puede ser calibrado para leer la luz de la forma en que su sistema de cámara en particular lee la luz.
Cada sistema de cámara es único. Componentes ópticos, mecánicos y de formación de imágenes, actúan uno sobre otro para producir ligeras diferencias en la exposición y el rango dinámico del sistema.. Sekonic ayuda a descubrir las diferencias en su sistema de cámara y utilizar esta información para controlar la luz, tomar mejores exposiciones y hacer mejores fotografías que nunca.
Mediante la ejecución de una prueba de calibración de fácil uso Sekonic L-758D, con perfiles de exposición Sekonic (comprados por separado) y el software incluido de transferencia de datos (Mac y Windows), puede perfilar con precisión las características del sistema de imágenes de su cámara para determinar su verdadero nativo ISO, rango dinámico y puntos de recorte.
