This TSL08AN00 slim aluminum alloy tripod from Benro supports up to 8.8 lbs and includes an Arca ball joint with quick release plate. Designed to save space during storage and transport, the tripod measures 20.1" long and 3.2" wide when folded. Each of its 4-section legs features an independent extension, a 3-position angle lock, half-turn rotating locks for quick deployment, and a rubber foot to improve stability on a wide variety of surfaces. Together, the three legs can be extended and separated to raise the tripod from a minimum height of 15.7" to a maximum height of 48.4" or 57.6" with its push-and-pull center column fully raised.

Cameras, lenses or sports optics compatible with a 1/4"-20 mount can be connected to the included quick release plate. The quick release plate can be attached or removed from the integrated Ark type clamp located on the superior side. of the head ball joint by tightening or loosening the grooved locking knob of the clamp. While the superior part of the quick release plate features a rubber non-slip platform, double retaining screws are provided along its bottom. Those retention screws help prevent the quick release plate and an attached camera from accidentally slipping when the clamp on which it is placed is opened.

By loosening the main locking knob of the ball joint, the ball joint of the ball joint can be rotated, tilted, tilted completely, or returned to its upright position quickly. In addition, the main locking knob controls the ability to rotate the head 360°. For added versatility, the central column of the tripod is reversible, making it easy to photograph at low angle where an attached camera is placed between the tripod legs rather than on top of them.
