The first flagship to bear the OM SYSTEM name, the OM-1 Mark II, is a revamped second version of the proven Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera. Its stacked 20MP BSI Live MOS sensor and TruePic X processor deliver high-quality captures, fast autofocus, and excellent low-light performance with a native ISO range of 200 to 102,400. Primed to give you a closer look at your subject thanks to the Micro Four Thirds system's crop factor, the OM-1 Mark II excels in wildlife and nature photography. When you're shooting handheld, the sharpness of your images is greatly improved thanks to the built-in 5-axis image stabilization. Together, the OM-1 Mark II provides users with mobility, precision, and a reliable camera for capturing images and videos.

Among the notable improvements of the OM-1 Mark II are human-enhanced AI subject detection, live graduated ND filters, updated menu settings, 14-bit raw output, and rubber dials.

Four-pixel crossover AF
The OM-1 Mark II's comprehensive Cross Quad Pixel autofocus system provides 1053 individual focus points, allowing the camera to capture focus almost anywhere on the sensor. With this design, the camera automatically detects subjects such as birds, humans, animals, cars, planes, and trains to keep them in focus and track their movements. This Cross Quad Pixel AF algorithm combined with the TruePic X processor promises reliable, high-speed focusing performance.

IP53 rated, the OM-1 Mark II offers superior weather protection and withstands some of the harshest conditions in the field. Its rugged construction makes the camera cold, dustproof, and splash resistant, and can operate in temperatures as low as 14°F.

Video Capabilities
DCI and UHD 4K video recording supports up to 60p and 4:2:0 10-bit sampling. Full HD recording is possible at high-speed speeds of up to 240fps for slow-motion playback.

Vertical video is now available, which opens up more compositing options when shooting and saves you time in post-production.

ND Live
This feature, which supports up to ND128, digitally simulates the effects of a neutral density optical filter so you can create slow shutter speed effects in your images. With Live ND, you can see the effects through the viewfinder and on the LCD monitor.

A single-lens solution for most shooting situations, the OLYMPUS M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-200mm f/3.5-6.3 is designed for Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras and covers a large equivalent focal length range of 24-400mm. Despite its long range, the lens is also characterized by its portable form factor, a minimum focusing distance of 8.7", and a sophisticated optical design, which includes a variety of aspherical, low-dispersion, and high-refractive index elements to produce well-corrected images. A ZERO coating has also been applied to help reduce lens glare and ghosting for greater contrast and color fidelity when working in bright lighting conditions. In addition, this lens uses an AF system compatible with film and still images to achieve smooth, fast, and near-silent focusing performance that benefits photo and film applications.

With an impressive wide-angle to super-telephoto range, this 12-200mm zoom is designed for Micro Four Thirds mirrorless cameras and provides an equivalent focal length range of 24-400mm.

Three aspherical elements, one Super HR (high refractive index) element, and two HR elements are featured in the optical design to limit spherical aberrations for improved sharpness with reduced distortion. In addition, two Super ED (Extra Low Dispersion) elements and two ED elements are also used to control chromatic aberrations and color edges for greater clarity and color fidelity.

A ZERO (Zuiko Extra-Low Reflection Optical) coating was applied to individual elements to minimize lens reflection and ghosting to improve contrast and color fidelity when working in bright lighting conditions.

The Movie & Still Compatible (MSC) autofocus system benefits photo and video applications due to its smooth, quiet, and fast performance.

The minimum focusing distance of 8.7" at the wide-angle end, and a working distance of 3.9", offers a maximum magnification of 0.46x to suit working with close-up subjects.

Weather-sealed construction protects the lens from dust and moisture for working in harsh environments.

The round seven-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasing bokeh quality.
