With a durable high-quality polycarbonate construction, it protects the camera both in water and on land from possible shocks. The TG-5's 25-100mm* lens is extremely bright, with a maximum aperture of 1:2.0 at wide zoom settings for colourful underwater images with very low noise levels. It features four special modes for divers: Wide Angle Underwater, Macro Underwater, Underwater HDR and Underwater Snapshot. In addition, the TG-5 features four advanced modes for macro photography lovers: Microscope, Microscopic Control, Focus Bracketing and Focus Stacking. The PT-058 is easy to operate and allows access to all camera functions. An optical connection is also available to control external underwater flashes such as the UFL-3 with the camera. Its thread mount allows underwater converters to be coupled.
