The NIKON MB-D14 Multi Power Pack battery gives you a firm and steady grip on the D600 that you'll appreciate with long lenses or slow shutter speeds. The handle also gives you greater control when you are upright or horizontal. Instead of attack for control on the camera body, the grip offers an easy vertical access button, shutter release, AAE/AF lock and dual control dials.

And when it comes to powering the MB-D14 it's a real omnivore. NIKON has provided you with an MS-D14 AA stand that allows you to use Ni-MH, alkaline or lithium AA batteries, as well as MS-D14EN Battery holder for use with the EN-EL15 battery. 6 AA alkaline batteries will give you close to 450 shots, while the optional EN-EL15 battery will give you an impressive 1,800 shots. That's a long time before you recharge it.
