Earlier this year, at the FOCUS ON IMAGING exhibition, ILFORD
PHOTO present? a prototype of this c?mara that was received with great
interest on the part of schools and photographers already familiar with the
pinhole maras.
Harman's TITAN pinhole camera has been designed and manufactured in the
United Kingdom in collaboration with Walker Cameras, a company well known for
its range of TITAN large format anal?gicas cameras. The body of the c?mara
is made of injection molded plastic material and coated with a non-slip layer
very durable. All fixings are made of stainless steel. This
Combination of materials makes the c?mara extraordinarily
robust and very resistant, both to the elements and to a little use
careful.
Harman's TITAN pinhole camera can be used with any
type of film or photographic paper, supports a 4x5 ch?sis and can be
mount on a tr?pode, in addition to incorporating bubble leveler and accessory
of assembly. The kit is launched with a 72mm wide-angle stenoscope which is
interchangeable. Est? planned to have, as optional extras, stenopes of
110 to 150mm, which is the same focal length as lenses
standard of the 4x5 c?maras.
The launch kit includes 10 sheets of 4x5? paper HARMAN DIRECT
POSITIVE FB, another 10 sheets of 4x5? of ILFORD paper MULTIGRADE IV RC,
10 sheets 4x5? ILFORD DELTA 100 film and an exposure calculator
based on a design by Richard Koolish.
The PRICE INCLUDES a 4x5 movie ch?sis? to start
use the camera.
