If you want to use the existing PL mounting lenses in a camera with a Four Thirds mounting microphone, you need an adapter. The Metabones MBPL-M43-BM1 PL for Micro Four Thirds adapter mounts for you camera lens port and allows you to use PL mount lenses with the camera. Although this is not a permanent conversion, the adapter features a detachable kickstand to take the mounting voltage from the camera. The adapter features chrome-plated brass front and rear contact surfaces for corrosion resistance and to retain tight adapter tolerances over time while maintaining the correct flange focal length. It is a mechanical adapter that does not pass any electronic lens control or metadata.

The support foot can be separated from the mount by removing two key hexagonal screws. The foot itself is compatible with Swiss Ark and incorporates a 1/4"-20 thread mounting hole for optional brackets.
Maintains correct flange depth between the lens and the image plane.
Infinity remains unchanged, so the lens does not need to be re-collimated or fitted.
Brass construction protects lens mount, a satin chrome finish makes corrosion adaptive and wear-resistant.
