Lowepro Develops Another Industry First: New Dryzone Rover Backpack Safely Combines Hydration System With Camera Equipment

The new backpack is the first of its kind to incorporate a hydration system with a transport chamber solution. The result is a versatile bag for outdoor and adventure photographers to lean on some of the most extreme conditions in the world, as they have done with LOWEPRO for more than 35 years. Designed for quick and easy access to equipment and personal equipment in the superior compartment, the DryZone Rover's lower compartment is kept fully waterproof by utilizing a single T-Zip EasySeal zipper and a DryPod rubber-coated nylon with heat-sealed seams ®. In addition to being waterproof, the DryZone Rover is 35 pounds float certified and allows photographers to work in extreme environments without fear of losing the entire backpack and its contents if it has fallen into the water.
 

The included hydration system, designed by Hydrapack, is a light water tank made of strong, unflavored polyurethane. With a capacity of up to 50 oz it keeps photographers hydrated during an excursion or trip. The wide mouth opening hook and closed loop closure makes it quick to fill and easy to clean. A Shut-Off Bite EasyFlo valve completely seals the valve for safe use around camera equipment or other electronic devices.
