Monitor Eizo EV3285

The black IPS monitor FlexScan EV3285 31.5" 16:9 EIZO will allow you to simultaneously display a large number of applications on the screen and thus increase your productivity, thanks to its large viewing area of 31.5". It features a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 with a 60Hz refresh rate, In-Plane Switching (IPS) technology, 8-bit color support for 16.77 million colors, an aspect ratio of 16:9, a static contrast ratio of 1300:1, a brightness level of 350 cd/m2, and a response time of 5 ms (GtG). Using the horizontal and vertical viewing angles of 178°, it is possible to view the content from virtually any position. This display has one DisplayPort 1.2 port and two HDMI ports. If you want to take advantage of the USB capabilities of this display, there's a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port that supports data transfers, DP Alt mode, and device that charges up to 60 watts. Other peripherals can be connected using the two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type A ports, one of which supports charging the device to 2.1A, while the other delivers 1.5A. Audio can be output using the dual built-in 1W stereo speakers or the 3.5mm headphone jack.

EIZO has designed the FlexScan EV3285 with features such as automatic brightness control, flicker-free display, blue light reduction, an anti-glare panel, a minimum brightness of 1 cd/m2 for low-light environments, and more. To further help improve visibility and accessibility, this display features a vertical tilt of -5 to 35°, a 344° turn, and a 7.7" height adjustment when tilted at 35° and 5.9" without tilt.

• Quadruple the size of your workspace

Because multiple applications are used at work, a high-resolution monitor with a large amount of workspace is ideal for improving productivity. The EV3285 supports 4K resolution, displaying four times the number of standard Full HD monitors. With 4K, you can display all apps on one screen, without needing to switch windows or scroll through screens, allowing work to progress faster.

• Totally flat and frameless design

Conventional 4K monitors are large and bulky, making it difficult to install on small desktops. The EV3285 solves this by adopting a totally flat, frameless design that keeps the monitor thin and light. Compared to the previous model, the EV3285 has been reduced in volume by 17% and the support base has decreased by 12%. With these reductions, the EV3285 can comfortably fit on most desks.

• USB Type-C - Connecting a cable

When working on the go, a notebook system is essential. But when you need to work in the office, it is beneficial to connect a laptop to an external monitor. With USB Type-C, the EV3285 helps simplify this style of work.

With a single USB Type-C cable, you can transmit video and audio signals, transfer data, and supply up to 60 watts of power to connected devices, such as smartphones and laptops. In addition, it has an internal power unit, so an external AC adapter is not required.

Without worrying about your laptop's battery level, you can simply plug it in and immediately start working on a large external display. In addition, a keyboard and mouse can be connected to the monitor and used once the notebook is connected via USB Type-C.

• Automatic brightness control

To avoid eye strain, a brightness sensor called Auto EcoView detects changes in ambient brightness that occur during the day and automatically adjusts the display to the ideal brightness level.
Clear view from all angles
The monitor uses an LED-backlit IPS (Flat Switching) LCD panel with a viewing angle of 178° and a 10-bit LUT that minimizes color change and contrast changes when viewing the screen at an angle. This means that two people sitting on a computer can see the screen with high image quality.

• Reduce blue light

In the visible light spectrum, blue light has wavelengths adjacent to ultraviolet light. Compared to the factory default setting of 6500K of typical LCD monitors, Paper Mode is closer to the spectral distribution with long reddish wavelengths, so it reduces the amount of blue light, causing eye strain, and helps prevent eye strain when reading documents. When used in conjunction with the EcoView auto-dimming feature, blue light can be reduced by up to 80%.

• Flicker-free display

Due to the way the brightness is controlled in LED backlights, a small number of people perceive a flicker on the screen that causes eye strain. The FlexScan EV3285 uses a hybrid solution to regulate brightness and make flicker unnoticed without compromising color stability, even in low-brightness settings.

• Minimum brightness of 1 cd/m2

In a low-light work environment, a monitor with low-brightness settings is more comfortable to use. With its LED backlight, this monitor is adjustable to about 1 cd/m², which is less than 1% of the maximum.

• Anti-glare panel

An anti-glare panel reduces eye strain by dissipating reflective light that would otherwise make the screen difficult to see from different positions.

• Versatile support

• Automatic color mode

Use Auto Color Mode to assign a color mode to activate when you use specific applications, such as those used to write documents, view photos, create artwork, or watch movies. When an app is opened, the screen will automatically switch to the assigned color mode, making manual switching unnecessary.

• Hotkey assignment

When you have two systems connected to your monitor, switch between them with your keyboard alone. Even when using image by image, signals can be changed quickly and easily. Other features allow you to control blue light over time and control multiple monitors at once.

• Effectively monitor asset management

With Screen InStyle Server, receive information such as the model name and serial number of any monitor connected to your network. Also, check the information of the computer to which each monitor is connected, such as the operating system, IP address, and computer name.
Manage multiple monitors from one location
Control settings for multiple monitors, such as color mode, brightness, and eco-friendly features from a remote location. Also, avoid unintentional configuration changes by locking the operation switch.

• USB Type-C, DisplayPort and Dual HDMI ports

A USB Type-C port, a DisplayPort input, and two 4K/60p compatible HDMI inputs have been installed. The USB Type-C port is convenient for connecting a laptop because it is easy to connect and disconnect the cable and can also supply power. All input terminals support 4K/60p and the animation is displayed smoothly.

• View multiple inputs with Picture-by-Picture and Picture-in-Picture

With Picture-by-Picture and Picture-in-Picture, you can view data from two input sources at once, such as a Windows computer and a bezel-less Mac distracted from each other. This is useful for meetings where meeting materials from two different people can be displayed together on one screen.

• Free up your workspace with a support stand

The PCSK-03 is a VESA-compatible stand to easily mount a client terminal such as a thin client or mini PC on the back of the monitor stand.
