Nikon Z 28mm lens
NIKON is pleased to announce the development of the NIKKOR Z 28mm f/2.8 and NIKKOR Z 40mm f/2 lenses. These new lightweight and compact fixed lenses have been designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras ( NIKON FX format), in which the NIKON Z-mount has been adopted. The launch of the targets is planned for 2021.
The NIKKOR Z 28mm f/2.8 will be a fixed wide-angle lens, perfect for everyday snapshots. In contrast, the NIKKOR Z 40mm f/2 has been designed as a standard fixed lens that allows users to easily use the bokeh effect in their photographs. The two lenses will be easy to use for a wide variety of users, including those who have never used mirrorless cameras before, and in a wide variety of daily scenarios.
NIKON never stops looking for new dimensions of optical performance while meeting the needs of users. This ultimately contributes to the wider development of the culture of photography, hoping to expand the possibilities of photographic performance.
