Brightly angle lens with fixed focal length

For recording from a vehicle while driving and while stopped, particularly light-sensitive cameras that have a strong wide-angle lens with a fixed focal length are suitable. Precisely in the case of poor visibility or at night, situations often arise in which it seems to make sense to have a video recording. The wide angle of intake ensures that the area in front of the car is covered widely. The fixed focal length ensures that objects are always recorded sharply, regardless of the distance to the lens.

Emergency function with precise 3-axis G-sensor

The carDVR-308 Rollei stores video data as a loop - if the capacity limit of the microSDHC memory card is reached, the camera begins to overwrite the principle. To safely store previous events in an accident or other emergency situation, a sensitive 3-axis G-sensor automatically activates the override lock when a strong crash occurs – regardless of the direction. Depending on the memory card (from 8 to 32 GB, class 10 or faster) it has an extensive video material in order to document the previous history. The CarDVR-308 Rollei has its own lithium polymer battery, but is powered in normal electricity operation via a 12/24V adapter on board. A microphone and speaker are already integrated into the camera body.
