This cage is accompanied by a parasol designed with nylon that protects the monitor while providing better visualization. The Cage smallrig 2249 has a chassis of 187 grams, equipped with multiple inputs for accessories of the 1/4 for universal accessories.

SmallHD FOCUS 5 smallrig cage | Cage smallrig 2249

Protect your monitor in SmallHD FOCUS HDMI or SDI 5" camera from damage and sunlight with this adjustment cage with smallrig parasol. The cage is connected to the monitor via 1/4"-20 top and bottom threads for a secure fit.

This full-frame aluminum case protects your monitor and provides multiple 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16 anti-torque threads and ARRI style around the case to mount numerous accessories. The bottom of the cage features a NATO rail for mounting on NATO-compatible quick-release clamps. The included sunshade protects your monitor from glare while maintaining access to the monitor's control buttons. Also included is a cable clamp designed to relieve strain on your monitor's HDMI or SDI cable, helping to protect the cable and port from damage due to accidental bumps and pulls. The cage can be used with the SmallHD tilt arm available separately.
